Take Highway 40 west from I-270 towards Chesterfield. Exit Highway 40 on the second Chesterfield Parkway exit, just past the Clarkson Road exit. While driving down the exit road from the highway, look to the right for the building with the large Maverick sign. That is the building Information Builders' offices are located in. Before you get to Chesterfield Parkway, you will see a right turn for Chesterfield Ridge Center Drive. Take that turn and follow the drive to the parking lot.
If coming from St. Charles, take the first Chesterfield Parkway exit before Clarkson Road. Make a left turn and cross over Highway 40. Turn right onto Swingley Ridge Road.
